Outfit:
Multi coloured striped dress - Primark
Nude platform heels - Primark
Selection of bangles - Topshop and Primark
Baby blue nail varnish - Pastal Polish Eyeko

After hunting high and low for this dress for a good few weeks, I have finally found this dress in Primark today. I love it, it is just as gorgeous as it looked in the photo. I have originally brought it for work as it is such a great length but it's almost too pretty. So I am going to wear it out a few times before it gets resigned for work. I can seeing myself getting lots of use out of this dress! It is such a summer dress! I also brought another dress from Primark for a staggering £25!! Since when did they stock things in store that price! It is such good quality though so it does feel like it is worth £25. I fell in love with it and just had to have it!

I am off out tonight with for a bit of bonding my mother to go to a party of one of her friends at work. So this is just a quick post!

I seem to have aquired a few followers in the last couple of days so a big hello! If you fancy a chat you can catch me on twitter.

Have a fab night!

Stop apologising for the things you've never done

Outfit:
Black bodysuit - Topshop
Electric blue and black pleated maxi skirt - Primark
Black 3/4 length cardigan - Primark
Tribal style sandals - Primark
Silver tassle necklace - Snoopers Paradise

I wore this outfit this week to work. I am loving choosing what to wear everyday, dressing smart excites me haha! I feel like a professional! I am in love with this skirt, it's not perhaps the most flattering of things but it is so comfy. And it swishes when I walk. Always a plus in my book! I think this is one of my favourite outfits to wear lately. I am looking a bit radioactive so maybe I should lay off the fake tan for a little bit haha!

I have nearly completed my first week on my internship and I am really enjoying it. Its such an eye opening to learn new things. I am not coping very well with the tiredness that comes with commuting but I am sure I will get used to it in a few weeks. I had my first piece published online this week :) I always get so excited when I see my name in the byline, I dont think that will ever wear off! It makes me feel so proud that something that I have written was good enough for the world to see!

I am getting so frustrated with blogger. I cannot comment on blogs nor follow anyone. Hopefully this will clear up soon as I have so much I want to say and I want to reply to all your lovely comments!

On a side note how long is my hair getting? Mad! I don't quite know what to do with it, looking like a lions mane!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend. I am off to stuff my face at Prezzos and watch hangover 2 tomorrow. Looking forward to staring at Bradley Cooper for a few hours!

A little vintage spree

I aquired some goodies when I visited Brighton, it is hard not to considering the amount of beautiful vintage shops in the area. I did not buy nearly as much as I wanted too as I only had a £20 budget but I am very pleased with what I managed to find!

Vintage red and black floral cotton scarf - This baby was only a £1 so obviously it had to be made mine. I loved the fact that this was massive as most of my vintage scarfs are only really suitable for my hair. It is also made with cotton so its perfect for the summer months when it gets a bit chilly in the evening. It was from Snoopers Attic, upstairs in Snooper Paradise. The vintage was beautiful if not a tad overpriced. I cannot justify £65 for a dress with holes.

Silver tassel Topshop Necklace - This is a find from Snoopers Paradise but it's not vintage. I recognised it from a few years back in Topshop. I dont really have silver costume jewellery and I loved the tassel. It was only £3 which I thought was very reasonable. I could have come away with armfuls of jewellery but managed to refrain myself. Just.Vintage brown faux croc leather handbag - I adore this bag, I have started to build up a collection of Kelly bags. I thought it was perfect for going out as sometimes a Kelly bag can look a bit clumpy with a pretty dress. It is in perfect condition and was only £12. In fact I dont think it has ever been used!Models Own nail art pen - Obviously this was not a vintage find but I spotted this in Urban Outfitters and now I have stopped biting my nails I want to be a bit braver with how I decorate them. I am going to sit down one day this week and try and attempt leopard nails. Wish me luck!
I hope everyone has had a fab Bank Holiday, what did you get up too?

I spent the day in Clacton gambling my money away in 2p machines and then stuffed myself silly on ribs and seafood.
